Pilates Works of Sarasota, a fully equipped STOTT Pilates studio offering private Pilates Lessons, Duet Pilates Sessions, small group equipment classes, and In-Home Pilates Session.

After 12 wonderful years cultivating community and excellence, Pilates Works of Sarasota officially closed its doors on April 30, 2026. This milestone marks the end of one chapter and the beginning of new ventures rooted in the same values.

Semi-Private Lessons

Duet Pilates Sessions with Nina Desloge-Day at her Sarasota Pilates Studio, Pilates Works of Sarasota.

Semi-Private lessons are for two people with an instructor on equipment and mat work with small props.

Nina is a fully certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor who trains everyone from beginners to elite athletes. Her focus is on strength, agility, breathing and proper alignment.
